Built in 2006, Eve Lyn¿s Guest House is a picturesque, two-bedroom house, nestled in a beautiful garden in the township of Warburton. It offers spectacular views, visiting bird life, and a comfortable spacious place to unwind, away from the hustle & bustle of suburbia.
The Guest House boasts two bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to six people. In order to make your stay as easy and pleasurable as possible, facilities include a private bathroom, laundry and a fully equipped kitchen, meals are not provided. However, 2008 will see the introduction of breakfast baskets as an optional extra.
Children are very welcome here and we offer several features just for them, including a toy box full of new things for them to explore, and a special surprise just for them. We also offer complete privacy as the guest house is adjacent to the resident Owner¿s own home.
The township of Warburton is a 15-minute enjoyable walk away and offers many café¿s, shops, and places of interest to visit. Situated on the Yarra River, there are numerous beautiful spots for a picnic and a play in the water.

Children are welcome. We provide a toy box to keep them busy as well as a special free activity sheet to amuse them in the garden. Supervison is required if they use the swimming pool. Extra guests are also welcome. The Guest House can comfortably sleep 6 adults.
